Dear [Property Manager / Maintenance Department / Facility Supervisor],

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and growing frustration with the *unnecessary delays* in receiving the maintenance services that were promised and are long overdue in my residence located at *[ MAGODO PHASE 1 / Apartment 52]*.

This situation has caused me *significant inconvenience* and, in some cases, *health and safety concerns*.
