I ordered a “brand new” iPhone 12 Pro Max from a popular Instagram vendor. Paid ₦570k upfront. When it arrived, the box looked tampered with. I powered it on — fake apps, Android interface masked as iOS. I called to complain, and they ghosted me. I tried tagging them online, they blocked me. I was scammed by branding and fake reviews. These vendors prey on trust and urgency. Lesson learned the hard way.
If I had know I would have gone to a walk-In-Store to get my phone, Do not trust all this online phone vendors , Good branding and reviews does not makes them real . Be careful out there
