Refund Policy

No refunds are available on Fund Me donations once payment is confirmed. By donating, you acknowledge that:

• Donations are voluntary contributions to support report creators
• BadMarket.ng does not guarantee how donations will be used by recipients
• Platform fees (tiered 10%–25%) are non-refundable
• If a report is found to be fraudulent, BadMarket.ng reserves the right to freeze associated funds pending investigation

Exception: If a report is removed due to proven fraud by the creator within 48 hours of your donation, you may submit a refund request to logic@badmarket.ng. Refunds are at BadMarket.ng's sole discretion.

Sponsorship fees are subject to the following:

• Pending requests: Funds are held in your wallet until admin approves or rejects. If rejected, the full amount is returned to your wallet immediately
• Approved sponsorships: No refunds once a sponsorship is active and running
• Partial refunds: If BadMarket.ng cancels an approved sponsorship for technical reasons, a pro-rated refund will be credited to your wallet

Funds added to your BadMarket.ng wallet:

• Are non-refundable once deposited
• Can be withdrawn to your registered bank account subject to minimum withdrawal limits
• In cases of accidental double payment, contact support within 24 hours with proof

If your account is banned for violations of our Terms of Service:

• Wallet balance is frozen and inaccessible during the ban period
• Funds from AI-generated content or fraudulent reports are permanently forfeited
• Legitimate earnings may be released upon successful appeal

For eligible refund requests:

• Email logic@badmarket.ng within 48 hours of the transaction
• Include your registered email, transaction reference and reason
• Allow 5–10 business days for review
• Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method or wallet within 7 business days
